'Eddie's Dive Bar' Pre-Show Event Coming to San Antonio
On Sept. 29, Eddie's Dive Bar will come to The Friendly Spot, located at 943 S. Alamo St. in San Antonio, from noon to midnight.
Iron Maiden are bringing their Eddie's Dive Bar pre-show event to the United States for the first time as the U.S. leg of their "Run for Your Lives" world tour begins September 5 in Harrison, New Jersey.
Already familiar to fans overseas, the pop-up gatherings offer the Maiden faithful a place to meet, drink, and browse exclusive merchandise before the band takes the stage nearby. Admission is free, and a concert ticket is not required. Iron Maiden themselves will not appear at the events.
The U.S. editions will also spotlight Trooper West Coast IPA, a limited-release collaboration between the band's Trooper beer brand and Lagunitas Brewing Company. Released this summer, it marks the first West Coast IPA in the Trooper range.
